Rule 40
Able to get help
(1) In the course of preparing the voter list, the Commission, the Chief Registration Officer, the Registration Officer and the Assistant Registration Officer shall, as required, the Government of Nepal or organizations owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or operated with the grant of the Government of Nepal, local bodies, political parties and social associations. And will be able to get help from other agencies.
(2) If assistance is requested according to sub-rule (1), it shall be the duty of all concerned to provide such assistance.
